Delivery Options

We aim to provide flexible and reliable delivery services to meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Available delivery methods, destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

  • Express Delivery: Faster delivery options available at checkout.

  • International Delivery: available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product to notify KSMC that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. After notifying KSMC, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

  • You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where the statutory health or hygiene exception applies, sealed goods cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once the relevant seal has been broken after delivery. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied.

  • To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, inform KSMC of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires. Prior authorization from customer service is not required to exercise this statutory right.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service and follow the detailed instructions that will be provided to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • KSMC processes refunds without undue delay and, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, subject to the conditions permitted by law. The time for the refunded amount to appear on your account may then depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • When the statutory right of withdrawal is validly exercised, KSMC refunds the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Direct return costs are borne by the customer where the customer has been properly informed, unless KSMC agrees otherwise or the return results from a defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied product.
