FYTO® IBSTOP
FYTO® IBSTOP is a 100 ml liquid botanical syrup combining peppermint essential oil, anise essential oil and chamomile dry extract.
Sensitive digestion
IBSTOP is a liquid botanical food supplement for adults with peppermint, anise and chamomile. It does not treat irritable bowel syndrome or digestive disease.
Controlled syrup version
The marketed product is the liquid syrup with peppermint essential oil, anise essential oil and chamomile dry extract. The available COC for an older tablet version is explicitly excluded.
Leaflet protocol
Up to 5 ml daily, preferably after meals, for 2 weeks, then 2–4 weeks off. Do not use continuously without a break and do not exceed 5 ml/day.
Essential oils: precautions
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under 12. Caution with reflux, Asteraceae allergy, hormone-sensitive conditions and certain anticoagulants, sedatives or liver/biliary medicines.
